She is survived by: her husband Kevin Ortiz; her father Allen Birt of Lamar; her sons, Jonothan Ortiz (Ashely) of Lamar and Justin Ortiz of Lamar; her sister Kris of Pueblo, CO; her siblings-in-law, Chris Allen (Liz) and Shelley Allen (Mandy) of Lamar; and her grandson Logan Ortiz.
