She was predeceased by: her father Ronnie Eugene Haggard; her grandparents, Ronald Haggard, Joe and Nadine Garbacz; and her uncle Stevan Haggard.
She is survived by: her mother Debra Lorene Garbacz-Haggard of Lamar; her husband Guy Bellomy; her children, Cortney Bellomy and Cole Bellomy; her parents-in-law, Dan and Pam Bellomy; her siblings, Staci Haggard (Les) and Jeffrey Haggard of Lamar; and her grandmother Larreen Haggard.
Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Cortney and Cole Scholarship Fund in care of the Legacy Bank and/or Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
