She was predeceased by : her parents, Nellie Guigli and Amelio Guigli; her sister Dori Guigli; her sister-in-law Denise Guigli; and her parents-in-law, Florence and Fred Ortiz.
She is survived by : her husband Sam Ortiz; her children, Harley Ortiz (María), Mario Ortiz (Heather) and Samantha Ortiz (Andrew); her grandchildren, Cierra (Carlos), Elliot, Annabelle, Julian and Maisie; her brothers, Louis Guigli (Berta) and John Guilgli; and her pet Dallas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
