Allen; his children, Kamila Allen-Olmo, Damian Allen Nieves, Jason Allen Nieves and Forrest Allen; his mother Nilda Rivera; and his siblings, Heather Boylan, Lou Eytalis, Arthur Allen, Charles Allen, David Allen, Rosa Allen (Roy Barnard), Jonathan Allen (Natalie) and Stephen Allen.
