He is survived by: his children, Samantha Farber, Sean, Landon and Noah; his parents, Gary Shaffer and Dee Shaffer; his sister Tammy; and his nieces and nephews, Faith, Alexander Shaffer, Austin Shaffer and Brianna Elizabeth Shaffer-Bage.
