He is survived by : his children, Mary Berning (Joe) of Arvada, CO, Robin Fritch, Darla Baumgarten (Ray) of Eldridge and Ken Fritch of Castle Rock, CO.; his grandchildren, Michael, Amy (Carlos Fuentes), Christopher Berning, Jurgen Baumgarten (Michelle), Steffen Baumgarten, Kaitlyn (Jesse Hall), Kyndall and Kylene Fritch; and his significant other Marjorie Grant of Longmont.
