He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Cara, Brian and Carrie; his grandchildren, Travis, Derrick and Lillyanna; his sister-in-law Kayzy Weirich (Harry); and his nieces, Terri Hall (Curtis) and Shelli Taylor (Ablin).

A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Howe Mortuary & Crematory (439 Coffman St, Longmont, CO 80501). A reception will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The American Kidney Fund, St Jude Children's Research Hospital, or a charity of your choice.
