She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon McElwain and Inez McElwain (Ball); her husband Donald Nutting; and her brother Merle Nutting. She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Lisa Marie Cranmer (John) of Decatur, Georgia; her grandsons, Solomon and Isaiah Cranmer; and her brother Charles McElwain.

Donations may be made to the organization of the donor's choice.
