She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev Peter P. Wedel and Emma Wedel (Kaufman); and her husband Gordon Sawatzky. She is survived by: her daughters, Stephany Beck (Phil) of Spokane and Cathy Howe (Brett) of Loveland. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
