He was predeceased by : his wife Juanita; his daughter Gloria; and his father John. He is survived by : his children, Mary Isabel (Max), Marcella, Patsi, Josephine and John D. Santillanes (Janice); and his family, Marcella and Patsi. He is also survived by his siblings, 5 sisters and one brother, 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
