He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fowler and Francisca Wall Fowler. He is survived by: his brother Michael Fowler (Maryann) of Farmington, CT; his children, Denise Crawford (Kevin) of Denver, CO, Steven Fowler of Albion, CA, Kahli Leitner (Thomas) of Collbran, CO and Kade Bourgeois (Valerie) of Mesa, CO; and his former wives, Elena, Jeanette and Melanie. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandsons.
