He was predeceased by : his parents, Phillip Lentz and Beulah Yount Lentz; his children, Duane Lentz and Diane Lentz; his siblings, Donald Lentz, Lorraine Herman and Leila Buhr; and his brother-in-law Ed May.
He is survived by : his wife Shirley Lentz of Monte Vista; his daughter Sharon Phillips (Kenneth James) of Muskogee, OK; his grandchildren, Duane Garrett and Virginia Lentz; and his siblings, David Lentz (Sharon) of Prescott, AZ and Phyllis May of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
