Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint David leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth R. Welcom, Sr.; and his sister-in-law Georgia Welcom. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Wilcox; his children, Isabella and Brother Kenneth Welcom (Georgia); and his sister Maria Bougie (David). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Grace Community Church - Montrose Co (16731 Woodgate Rd, Montrose, CO 81401). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Living Way Fellowship (345 E Wildcat Reserve Pkwy, Littleton, CO 80126).
