He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Barks and Lillian Souther Barks; and his sisters, Joy Barks and Lisa Kitsmiller. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, Cody, Ashley Huydic (Scott), Brittnee Barks (Eddie), Brooke Barks (Brad) and Hailey Allen; and his siblings, Gaye Lynn Barks-Cox and LeeRoy Barks. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
