It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Antia Wiederecht (Paonia, Colorado), who passed away on December 11, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Antia Wiederecht to show support.
Though Antia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Antia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Steve Cholas and Florence Cholas (Andros); her brother Dan Cholas (Doris); and her great grandchildren, Brennan Brown, Roman and Matteo Massacci.
Viewing will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. Andrew's Orthodox Church (298 Bert St, Delta, CO 81416). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Bethlehem Cemetery (14515 Canyon Rd, Paonia, CO 81428).
