She was predeceased by: her nephew Gabe Schreiber. She is survived by: her husband Culbertson; her siblings, Linda Garland (Mike), Kay Schreiber (Gerald) and Tim Sharp (Patty); her sister-in-law Candy York (Gale); her nieces, Kirsty, Robin, Sara, Kari, Emily and Erin; Matthew.

Kathy did not ever seek attention or recognition and requested that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Calvary Chapel Parker 10831 S. Crossroads Dr., Parker, CO 80134.
