She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Peters and Jeannette Peters (Haller); her son Jack Ebaugh; and her sisters, Linda Wilkerson and Dorothy Peters.
She is survived by: her husband Dutch Ebaugh of Phippsburg; and her children, Ronald Ebaugh (Sharon) of Phippsburg and Sharon. She is also survived by six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Neva's memory to the Doak Walker House at Casey's Pond in care of Grant Mortuary.
