He was predeceased by: his father Tony Salamanca; his brother Alfonso Salamanca; and his sibling's children, Sherry Slate Callender and Doug Slate. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Salamanca (Garcia) of Platteville; his brother Al's; his nephews, Alex and Isaiah; his fiancée Stephanie Delgado of Brighton; his daughter Stephanie Salamanca (Apollo Bastidas) of Brighton; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Jasmine, Emberly and Othello; and his siblings, Tony Salamanca (Linda), Phil Salamanca (Kathy) of Greeley, Margaret Salamanca of Ft. Lupton, Rebecca Rangel (Tom) of Greeley, Elizabeth O'Dell (Gentry) of Gilcrest and Ramona Salamanca of Gilcrest.
It was Joe's wish to reach out and help families that have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Because of this, in lieu of flowers, The Salamanca Family is asking donations be made to your local food bank in Joe's honor.
