She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Snow and Ruth Snow; her husband Tom Frazier; her son Dwayne "Peetie" Peterson; and her siblings, George Snow, Joanne Vayle, Connie Mae Crawford and Donna Cox.
She is survived by: her sisters, Martha Schropshire (John) and Betty Munoz (Richard); her children, Marvin Peterson (Priscilla), Ruth Hughes (Lee), Allen Frazier (Julie), Michael Frazier (Bea) and Dyann Merriman (Colin); her stepchildren, Debbie Rivera (Willie) and Karen Canchola (John); and her close friends, David Osvold and Gloria Martinez. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
