He is survived by: his girlfriend Karla Costanza; his girlfriend's children, Michelle Hart (Larry) and Jason Costanza (Kenna); his grandchildren, Kalysta Hart, Clinton and Braelynn Costanza; and his sisters, Jacalyn McGill (Doug) and Marlene Martinez (Larry).
