He is survived by: his brother Ernie Garcia; his uncle Cripple Creek; his son Christopher Jae Mullin; his significant other Carrie J.; his son Alex Chilson; his mother Martha Smelser; his stepfather Gene Smelser (Florida); his sisters, Fran Mullin (Maine) and Beth; his brother-in-law Don; his nephew Daniel Daugherty (Florida); his brother Chris K. Mullin; his sister-in-law Lisa Clark; and also, Rose Mullin and Desmond Mullin (New York).
