He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Leroy Oles and Rosie Mae Oles; his siblings, Richard Oles, Thomas Oles and Mary Terwilliger (Oles); and his stepson Bruce Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Harry, Mary, Rosie, Clara, Thomas, Ella and Richard; his spouse Leona Thomason; his sons, Jody Oles (Diane) and Randy Oles (Carol); his stepsons, Leroy Johnson and Glenn Johnson; and his sisters, Rosie Kotke (Dennis), Clara Barns and Ella Alarcon (Charles). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
