He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Rotramel (Mark) of Evansville, Ind and Robert Spencer of Pueblo West; his grandchildren, Nathan, Rebecca and Nicholas Rotramel; and his siblings, Dennis Spencer (Ronda) and Brenda Leon (Mike).
