Purkey (Karen), Steve Spera (Chawn) and Chris Spera; his grandchildren, Morgan Henderson (Nick), Delane Moehring (Zackery), Dylan Purkey, Colton Spera and Megan Spera; his great grandchild Rae Lee Moehring; his sisters-in-law, Anita Purkey and Kay Mulay; and his brother Robert Purkey (Joann). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
