She was predeceased by : her parents, Larkin Martinez and Stella Martinez; her siblings, Junior Martinez, Frankie Martinez, Danny Martinez and Josie Delduca; her brother-in-law Kenny Delduca; and her grandson Angel Martinez.

She is survived by : her children, Misty Lopez (Joel), Amanda Trujillo (Joshua), Michaela Roberts (Dillion), Eladio Rivera (Cassie) and Amorita Mendez (Brooke); her grandchildren, Cyrus, Joziah, Joel Jr., Miguel, Alex, Josh, Jon, Jacob, Cheyenne, Nate, Noah, Nevaeh, Ezariah, Marcelino and Braxton; and her siblings, Angie, Billy, Cathy, Linda, Larry, Michael and Gilbert.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers or cards that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in memory of Rita.
