She was predeceased by: her son Gary. She is survived by: her children, Terry Simmons, Doug Simmons (Mona) and Pat Rotolo (Damian); and her grandchildren, Shari Smith (Steve), Gina Harmon (Shane), Carissa Garnett (Jon), Josh Simmons, Jonah Simmons (Tadiesa) and Jennifer Drew (Cody).
