He was predeceased by : his daughter Stephanie Garcia; his parents, Silvanio Sanchez and Eva Sanchez; his parents-in-law, Jake and Josie Valenzuela; his siblings-in-law, Vera Herrera, Gloria Chavez and Art Valenzuela; and his son-in-law James Latham.
He is survived by : his wife Bertha Sanchez; his children, Tina Latham, Joe Chavez (Bev), Joanna Lowe (Mark), Michelle Saldana (Dave) and Patrick Sanchez; his son-in-law Sam Garcia; and his siblings, Sil Cabrera and Dan Sanchez (Rita). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
