She is survived by: her children, Lacey Stephenson (Alex) and Tony Mike Carleo; her stepdaughter Gina Carleo-Sniff (Ron); her granddaughter Bella; her father Anthony Anselmo (Joy May); her sister Jodi Anselmo-Spinuzzi; her sister-in-law Paula Anselmo; her brother Frank Anselmo; her nieces, Jami Kuzara, Peggy Johnsen, Brittani Johnsen (Chester Winter) and Giana Anselmo; and her friend Geri Gonancha.
