He was predeceased by : his parents, Foster Sullivan and Margarete Sullivan; and his brother John T. Sullivan. He is survived by : his wife Wynona Sullivan; his children, Bambi Dawn Sullivan Lee (Ken), Kelli Sullivan (Kelly Vidana), Ashley Valdez (Leroy), Allison Butkovich (Jerry) and Lad Sullivan (Shelly); his grandchildren, Josh Sisneros (Emily), Fallon Vannoy, Jonpaul Ursick, Brittni Ursick, Bryan Butkovich, Amy Shannon (Adam) and Gentry Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Layla, James, Kayden, Jameson, Calleigh and Jethro.
