He is survived by : his spouse Betty Jo Collins; his siblings, Barbara Gail Botkin (Ed Botkin) and Kenneth C. Collins (Julie Collins) of Grand Junction; and his children, Benjamin Collins, Mark Collins and Jacklyn Collins.
