He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ruth Breece (Beard) and Charles Breece; his former life partner Deborah Kay Littig; his grandsons, Rocky James and John Ray; his siblings, Robert and Cynthia; his wife Debbie; his children, Randy Breece (Maryann) and Barbara Ailport (Josh); his stepfather John; and his sister Debbie Summers (Bruce). He was also cherished by numerous sisters-in-law and brothers-in law, as well as nieces, nephews, and adopted family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Frank's name to the John Wayne Cancer Foundation.
