He was predeceased by : his parent Lee Swartz; and his brothers, Robert Lee Swartz and Theodore Jay Swartz. He is survived by : his sons, James William Swartz, Jr. and Robert Alan Swartz; and his wife Carol Ann Swartz (Patricia Henderson).
