He was predeceased by : his parents, Melvin Costanzo and Margery Costanzo; and his stepdaughter Rona Fischer. He is survived by : his wife Bethann; his stepchildren, Kevin, Kip, Kyle, Kim, Terri Hanko, Paula Garb and Monica Bush; and his siblings, John, Judy and Jera. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great- grandchildren.
