He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Winters and Ray Winters. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Devorss of Brush; his children, Evagene Winters-Varley (Johnathan) of Rush, CO, Michael J. Winters Jr. (Lisa) of Rush, CO and Kimberley Winters of Great Bend, KS; his sister Sunceray Bailey; and his grandchildren, Rebbekka Winters, Tyler Winters, Steve Johnson, Hannah Winters and Emma Jo Winters.
