He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles David Hetherington of Pueblo and Mary Jo Ramsey Papke of Glenwood Springs; and his daughter Jenny. He is survived by: his former wife Doris Hetherington; his daughter Jennifer Marie; his stepmother Dorothy Hetherington; and his siblings, Charlotte Dunlay (Jarry), John Hetherington, Keith Hetherington (Terri), Colorado Springs and Aaron Papke (Shawna). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
