He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Donald and Mary Hammer; and his niece Shaundra Schell-Murr. He is survived by: his wife Luann; his children, Wendi Nafziger (Cedric), Craig Hammer (JoAnn), Kim Puzo (Mike) and Sheridon Simington; his sisters, Dianne Jamell (Don) and Norene Lamoreaux (Fred); his siblings' children, Michael Schell, Kristin Jamell and Chad Jamell; his grandchildren, Ryan Nafziger, Austin Hammer, Kyle Hatheway, Jeramy Puzo, Caitlin Simington and Jay Simington; his great grandchildren, April Puzo, Tyson Hammer and Baileigh Ann Simington; and also Tracy Ficca.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ark-Valley Humane Society, Sunset Home, or Rocky Mountain Health & Hospice.
