She was predeceased by: her parents, Majorie Wilson Freeman and G. W. "Gene" Freeman; her stepfather George Tash; her brother Gilbert L. Tash; her granddaughter Katy Gunter; and her parents-in-law, Clarence E. Mingus and Anna Pryor Mingus.
She is survived by: her spouses, Lowell E. Mingus and Club; and her children, Yvonne Denmark, Georgine Woodley, Lee Ann Patrick, Susan Rose, David Mingus, Steven Mingus and Jeffrey Mingus. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
