We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2021, at the age of 78, Richard Rowlands (Salida, Colorado) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David A. Rowlands and Gwen C. Rowlands (Herbert). He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Morgan-Scott (Mike) of Salem, OR and Richard Hoernlein (Lucy) of Tracy, CA; and his brother David Rowlands (Janet) of Lenexa, KS. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and so many loving friends.
