He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Irene Holt Riggs. He is survived by: his children, Steve Riggs (Linda) of Mustang, OK and Jayna Riggs-Gordon of Mustang, OK; his stepchildren, LaDonna Inman (Carter) and Scott Wall (Leah) of Hendersonville, NC; his brother Charles Riggs (Ruth); and his half-siblings, Scott Glenn (Lynn) of Salida, CO and Linda Paul of Colo Springs, CO.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
