He was predeceased by : his parents, Tircio Segura and Magdalena Lucero Segura; and his children, Lucille Hernandez, Rebecca Segura and Joseph Thomas Segura.
He is survived by : his wife Anita B. Segura of Alamosa, CO; and his children, Flora Archuleta (Phil) and Efren Segura (JoAnn) of Alamosa, CO. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
