He was predeceased by : his parents, Gene Hollingsworth and Agnes Hollingsworth; and his siblings, Peggy Douglas, Sharon Johnstone and Lon Hollingsworth.
He is survived by : his wife Terrie Markussen of Sedgwick; and his sons, Brad (Tabatha) of Albin, WY, T. J. (Lindsey) of Cheyenne, WY, Ryan (Kelly) of Noblesville, IN and Danny Elwood. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, a brother-in-law, and a mountain of friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Jay's memory for later designation.
