He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J Davis and Elizabeth J Davis; and his siblings, Harold Lindsey Davis, Leo Davis, Terry Davis and Lorraine Lockwood.
He is survived by: his wife Hildred Davis; his brothers, Leslie Davis (Betty) and Gary Davis (Earlene); his children, Melda Musick, Larry Davis (Rhonda), Kenny Davis (Carolyn) and Betty Ward (Pete); his grandchildren, Stacey Zaiger (Steve), Kelley Pomis (Arron), Daniel Davis (Raquel), John Davis (Blair), Benjamin Davis (Annie), Amanda Kahr (Curt), Shannon Gilman (Kyle), Diana Davis (Bobby Sinsi), Kerry Swanson (Megan), CJ Ward, Carolyn Ernst (Cody) and Amy Ward; and also Mildred. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Lung Association in Chuck's memory.
