He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick and Katherine; and his siblings, Albert (Fritz), Frieda Wolf, Erma Ruf and Helen Whitty.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Alan, Randy, Darrell Albrandt, Vic Ruf, Kent Wolf, Sharon Wolf Carlson and Leslie Whitty. He is also survived by nieces and great nephews.
