He was predeceased by : his father Richard Matthews; his sister Kandi Locke; and his brother-in-law James Locke. He is survived by : his mother Sandy Matthews; his nephews, Richard Locke (Adriana) and Brett Locke (Sadie); his niece Katelynn Michel (Marcel); his aunts, Kathy Beard, Sheila Jordon, Yvonne Hodges and Renee Smith; and his siblings, Shelby, Terrin Scheopner, Clint, Lisa Buhring, Brandon and Hannah Hein. He is also survived by 3 children.
