He was predeceased by: his wife Doris; and his parents, Mary Pickering and O. L. Daley Pickering. He is survived by: his children, David Pickering (Cindy) of Sterling, Kelly Pickering (Patti) of Sterling, Steve Pickering of Greeley and Keri Barton (Randy) of Sterling; and his sisters, JoEllen Cranford (Rich), Mary Linda Jacobs (Dennis) and Eileen Birdsong (John). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
