He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie and Rosalie; and his brother Bob (Dorothy). He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Mitzi (Jeff Fisher) and Stacy (Mike Blomstrom); his brothers, Russel (Rouxleen) and Roxy (Ellen); and also, Lacy, Brady, Brock, Madison, Mycalyn, Melea and Brooke. He is also survived by brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle, cousin, and friend.
