He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxine Leeper and Russell Leeper. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Tamara and Robin; and his siblings, Bonnie, Jim, Ray, Carol and Janice. He is also survived by spouses, his 5 grandchildren, and 3 great grandsons.
