He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Spencer and Iona Spencer of Sherman; his siblings, Leonard Spencer (Audrey), Lloyd Spencer (Billy Ruth) and Geraldine Howeth (Dick); and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Cunningham (Pat), Shorty Craven and Don Mosher.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his son Gary Spencer (Cheryl) of Hudson, CO; his granddaughter Amy Siegman (Tommy); his great grandchildren, Wesley and Edward Siegman of Brighton, CO; his brothers, Virgil Spencer (Jenell) of Delta, CO and Harlan Spencer (Louann) of Fruita, CO; and his sisters-in-law, Wilma Mosher of Hugo, CO and Dorothy Craven. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation be made to the American Kidney Fund or the National Kidney Foundation.
