She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nels Nordahl Peterson and Susanna Maria Karolina (Susan); her siblings, Suzanne Marcella Peterson Anderson (Sue), Robert Nordahl Peterson (Bob), Helen, Walter, Elenor, Wilhemena (Minette), Erhardt (Gay), Florence Bleichwehl (Flo) and Norris Theodore Peterson; her husband Bob MacKain; her grandchildren, Jeff, Kevin, Keith, Todd, Erik, Nichole, Ashley, Katie and Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Zack, Gloria, Nathan, Jonathan, Delaney, Luca, Gianna, Charolette and Jameson. She was also cherished by 2 great-great- grandchildren (Jaelyn, Marley) and 2 step great-great grandchildren.
