He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Miller; his children, Danielle Miller of Thornton, CO, Josh Miller of Broomfield, CO, McKenzie Miller of Lafayette, CO and Austin Miller of Lafayette, CO; and his sisters, Susan Johnson of Denver, CO, Carol Walker of Hillrose, CO and Lori Bostron of Brush, CO.. He is also survived by one grandson and two granddaughters.
